In-Home Tech Support been in business since 2008 when the housing bubble popped and I left my position as Senior IT Support Specialist at RE/MAX Equitygroup. My goal as an IT Support Professional has always been to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I learned to communicate in a way that my non-techy clients could appreciate.
